Demagnetiser

Any workpiece in materials such as tool and high speed steel will retain some magnetism after being held by a magnetic chuck. For further operations this may need to be demagnetised efficiently. Supplied complete with 1.8m cable.

Kennedy® Deep Pot Magnets

North polarity in centre separated from opposing pole by a continuous slot. Ideally suited for gripping applications. Supplied with M6 x 1 threaded bore fixing hole and keeper. Can be used in temperatures up to 550C.

North polarity in centre separated from opposing pole by a continuous slot. For use in areas of restricted height. Supplied with plain bore fixing hole and keeper. Permanently magnetic. Can be used in temperatures up to 550C.

Kennedy® Button Magnets

A horse shoe type cylindrical magnet. Opposing poles are at the same end of the magnet separated by a slot. Supplied with a plain bore and keeper. Permanently magnetic. Can be used in temperatures up to 550C.

Neodymium Pot Magnets

Neodymium magnet in a cylindrical brass pot. Assembled with steel pole pieces to give a multi-pole effect which offers superior grip at the contact face ideal for clamping or lifting application. Ideally work at temperatures upto 80°C, but have a maximum working temperature of 100°C
