These new models have been released in technopolymer, maintaining the same technical characteristics as the existing Camozzi fittings range. Lightweight, adaptable and they allow for easy maintenance of the collet and the internal seal. All materials, except for the internal seal, can easily be recycled.

Kennedy® Electronic Auto Drain Valve

Electronic timer for ultimate reliability. Adjustable interval and discharge times. Self cleaning valve needs no maintenance. LED indicators show operational status. Impulse test button. Supplied un-branded with full instructions - ideal for distributors. Includes tamper proof kit. Failure to carry out routine draining of compressed air systems can cause serious damage to 'downstream' components such as valves, cylinders and control systems. The Auto Drain Valve eliminates the risk of this potentially expensive problem by providing regular automatic condensate drainage. A special electronic timer is coupled to a purpose built self cleaning solenoid valve. The complete unit requires only a simple installation procedure. Once fitted the unit can be set with a variety of interval and discharge times to suit the particular compressed air system requirements. The unit is suitable for air, neutral gas and contaminated liquid discharge.

Push-fit Solution for Plumbing & Heating Systems

For use with mains fed and indirect cold water systems, vented and unvented hot water systems, vented and sealed central heating systems. Pipes Speedfit fittings can be used with copper pipe to BS EN 1057 and Speedfit cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) Barrier Pipe to BS7291. NOT to be used with gas, fuel oil or compressed air applications. Speedfit fittings cannot be used on stainless steel pipe. Standard Speedfit products are designed and manufactured under a fully integrated system assessed by B.S.I. to BS EN ISO9001. They are approved by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme and BBA. Speedfit PEM' and PKM' fittings and Speedfit barrier pipe are kitemarked to BS7291 Part 1 and 3, Class S. (Licence No. KM39767). Pipe in ceilings and roof voids should be clipped every metre and should not be fitted any closer than 60mm from the end of the fitting. Pipe should be adequately supported by pipe clips to prevent undue stress (side load) on fittings. Can only be used with water or oil based paint, not cellulose based paints, paint thinners or strippers, solder flux or acid-based descalents or aggressive household cleaning products. Speedfit products, when used indoors, are not affected by sunlight. When used outdoors protect from ultra violet light by lagging or painting. It is recommended that all installations are checked prior to use to determine that a seal has been made.
Working temperatures and pressures: Central Heating: 3.0 bar at 92C. Hot Water: 6.0 bar at 65C. Cold Water: 12.0 bar at 20C.

Kennedy® Mini ISO Magnetic Cylinders

According to the European Standard CETOP RP52-P and DIN/ISO 6432. Fixed mechanical cushioning has been fitted as standard in order to reduce wear by high impact loads at very high speeds. Flanged construction. Operating temperature: 0°C - 80°C (with dry air -20°C). No Load Speed: 10 - 1000mm/sec. 1 - 10bar Pressure.

Micro Super-Rapid fittings allow fast connection and disconnection of plastic tube, it can be repeated several times and can be performed using one hand and without the use of tools. The sealing ring (O-Ring) can be easily replaced if it is damaged or should the rubber compound from which it is made wear with time. This advantage derives from the simple execution of the internal collet, which can be extracted allowing the replacement of the O-Ring.
