The double ended reversible/double ended drop forged steel jaws, are heat treated for strength and durability. They can be used internally or externally. 082805 - Spread: 200mm. Reach: 140mm.

Separator & Puller Combination Set

Manufactured from forged alloy steel. Taper jaws allow the separator to be used where access behind the component is too restricted to use normal pullers.



Set contains components to make five different puller/separator combinations: 10mm, 89mm reach three jaw internal or external puller. Thin jaw, two jaw puller internal or external. 55mm diameter separator.

Bearing Separator & Puller Sets

Bearing separator with two interchangeable thin jaw puller legs. Puller has a 75mm spread and reach. The separator has a maximum diameter of 55mm and a reach of 115mm.

Split Collet Internal Bearing Extractors

The collets are precision machined, ideally used with sliding hammer assembly. For removing gears, bearings, pinions, oil seals when conventional pullers cannot be used. Collets close down to allow passage through a bore and then "wind" out to grip the blind side of the component.

For the removal of blind housing bearings without the need to dismantle machinery or remove the running shaft. Positive seating allows even tension on the inner and outer bearing rings reducing resistance. The stabilisers reduce sideways movement and self centres the puller. The three sets cover a range of ISO bearings, if there is no ISO reference on the bearing refer to the puller spread and adaptor.
