CCMT

JC215V (ISO P10-P40 K25-K40)
On the wear-resistance and tougher base material, Multi-layer coating are adopted. This grade shows twice the tool life as conventional grade. Medium to high speed cutting for steels and medium speed cutting for cast iron.
FT - Excellent swarf control can be obtained at small depth of cut and low feed rate. Excellent finish to work-surface is achievable. This fine finishing chipbreaker offers an optimum for high-speed cutting when used with Cermet Grade inserts.
