So-Cool ?Plus? Aluminium

Semi-synthetic, environmentally improved – does not contain sodium nitrite, phenols, triazene, PTBBA or chlorinated additives. Enhanced sump life and excellent anti-foam characteristics. Optimum tool life on the most arduous jobs. Excellent corrosion protection and lubrication to cutting areas, machine fixtures, slides etc. Low emulsion odour. Low drag out losses. Easily removed in splash areas. Resists the formation of aluminium soaps - Improves filtration and machine cleanliness.
Recommended concentrations:
General machining 7% or (a dilution of 14 to 1). Heavy-duty machining 10% or (a dilution of 10 to 1).

So-Cool "Plus" Syn General

Fully synthetic formulation. Long working life therefore economical. Minimises wheel glazing. Effective corrosion resistance. Stable emulsions in soft and hard water. Does not contain PTBBA.

Recommended concentration for general machining operations:
Grinding Cast iron 2 % to 3.5% or (a dilution of 50 to 1 or 30 to 1).
Steel and Ni/Cr steel 2% or (a dilution of 50 to 1).

Available in grade SC-GS.
Supplied in 20 litre stacking poly container.
