Dry Film Mould Release P.T.F.E. Spray

Solent Mould Release PTFE Dry Film is a micro-thin surface coating that is used to coat the inner surfaces of injection moulding tools/dies. Thus enabling easy component release. The coating will not bridge complex mould profiles and will not interfere with precision fits. The applied PTFE film will not transfer to the moulded item. The product can also be used in any location that requires a dry slip surface such as production line slides, tracks or tables.

Heavy Duty Silicone Release Spray

Heavy duty Silicone lubricant and Release agent. Formulated with a high silicone content. The product is suitable for a wide range of uses. A dry non-oily, non-greasy product. Water clear with no odour. Size: 500ml aerosol.

Chain & Drive Spray Lubricant

Formulated to have a wide range of operating uses. Ideal lubricant for moving chains under extreme load and for chains not fitted with automatic lubrication nor running in oil baths. Formulated with a "tacky additive" to resist "throw off" on rapidly moving chains and drives. Ideal for fork trucks/conveyer systems/motorcycle chains. Reduces slip on drive belts and helps to stop belt squeal. Can be used on drive belts exposed to weather, ideal for farm machines, alternator drive belts and fan belts. Rapid Penetrating Spray

Rapidly penetrates into rust and corroded fittings. Allows easy release and dismantling of fittings exposed to heat and great pressure. Can be used on wet metal components, does not contain Silicone, CFC's or Chlorine. Lubricates threads during release procedure, 30% less dense than water.

Open Gear Spray with Molybdenum

Solent Tufgear Lubricant is a premium extreme pressure lubricant packed in a 500 ml aerosol. Based on Molybdenum Disulphide anti-wear additives. Suitable for lubricating all open gears where a thin film is specified. Suitable for temperatures as low as -40C to 100C.

Heavy Duty Anti-rust protection spray

Solent Heavy Duty Anti-Rust Protection Spray is supplied in a large 500ml aerosol. It is a high performance corrosion inhibitor. The product is sprayed directly onto the surface to be protected. Clear in colour with a faint yellow trace to identify treated surfaces. The film has self healing properties and is easily removed with solvent cleaners. The coating will resist moisture, acid and alkali fumes. The film does not contain Silicone or Halogens. Corrosion protection periods vary with environmental conditions. Typical interior protection in the UK in excess of 2 years. Product can be re-applied should conditions require it.
