Ambersil Formula 12 Semi-Permanent Non-Silicone Release Agent

Formulated to release a wide variety of synthetic rubbers and many thermoplastics, such as polypropylene and polyethylene. Forms a thin, inert and thermally stable coating, from which multiple releases can be expected. Fast cure time. Moulding can commence 5–10mins after application. Performance can be enhanced by re-coating once a few releases have been made. Very low mould build up. No film transfer to moulded parts. Operational to 250°C.

Minimal Transfer Non-Silicone Release Agent
Formula 11

A minimal transfer, dry film, non-silicone release agent. Provides an ultra thin, dry film, especially effective on 'electronic' grade polymers such as Polycarbonate and ABS, particularly suitable for the release of HIPS (High Impact Styrene). Will not interfere with post-moulding operations, such as painting, printing or gluing. Multiple release per application can be achieved giving improved economy in use. Operational to 120OC continuous, and intermittent to 210OC. (although multiple release properties are reduced).

Ambersil Mould Cleaner 5L

Cleaner for Mould Tools and Dies. Quickly and easily removes oil, grease, old protective films, silicone and non-silicone based release agents. Evaporates to leave a clean, dry surface with no residues. Special formulation permits use on hot production tooling without excessive solvent loss by evaporation.

Silicone Release

For integral skin and elastomeric polyurethanes. Silicone release system. Ultra fine spray pattern. Fast evaporating solvent carrier. Imparts a high gloss finish to moulded parts. Does not build up in the mould. Effective to 200°C.

Ambersil Bioweld Weld Anti-Spatter

Water based spatter release agent which gives exceptional results with no harmful solvents, silicones or mineral oils. Odourless, non-flammable and safe in use. Fine spray ensures total control and economical coverage. Prevents spatter adhesion on welding equipment, work pieces, surfaces, jigs and surrounding areas. Film is easily wiped away and leaves no residues. Allows post welding operations, painting, plating, galvanising etc to be undertaken without
