Ambersil Rust Flush

Penetrating spray with freezing action engineered for convenience and performance. An advanced formulation based on the laws of thermo-dynamics which rapidly freezes rust down to -40°C causing micro fissures to form the rust layer. The micro fissures ensure the active penetrating ingredients get to work deep into the thread and allow the fastener to be removed up to 10x faster than ordinary penetrating formulations.

Ambersil Mould Cleaner 5L

Cleaner for Mould Tools and Dies. Quickly and easily removes oil, grease, old protective films, silicone and non-silicone based release agents. Evaporates to leave a clean, dry surface with no residues. Special formulation permits use on hot production tooling without excessive solvent loss by evaporation.

Ambersil Mould Protective 2 Spray

A durable non greasy film that displaces and repels moisture and will not harden or crack, protects stored moulds against corrosion. Easily "moulded off" when restarting production or it can be removed using Amberklene FE10 or ME20 solvent cleaners.

PX-24 Industrial Strength Protective Lubricant

Formulated specifically to meet the exacting standards of Military maintenance personnel. PX24 is a multi-purpose lubricant, corrosion inhibitor, dewatering and protective fluid. It is ideal for use on all mechanical and electrical equipment and as a penetrant will quickly free seized nuts, bolts and bearings.



Meets military spec Def. Stan 68-10 issue 4 PX24, NATO Code C-634 and Augusta Westland approved: WHPS 158. Copper corrosion - IP 154 max 1; no pitting or etching. Water Displacement - Complete Displacement of NaCI test solution (IP 178). Corrosion Protection - Pass/No Corrosion (IP 178). No adverse effects on rubber, paintwork or plastics and acrylic sheet polyester, glass fibre laminate, vinyl sheet and ebonite after immersion for 240 hours. Wide operational temperature range.

Ambersil Dry Film Anti-Stick Spray

A clear protective coating that provides long lasting protection against rust and corrosion on internal and external metallic components.

Film will not harden or crack.
Suitable for protection of ferrous metals in conditions of high humidity.
Film allows for subsequent handling and resists acid finger printing.
Forms a continuous homogenous film.
Will not stain or mark components.
Removes surface moisture on application.
Suitable as anti-seize coating on bolts, hinges, fixings and moving parts.

Silicone Release

For integral skin and elastomeric polyurethanes. Silicone release system. Ultra fine spray pattern. Fast evaporating solvent carrier. Imparts a high gloss finish to moulded parts. Does not build up in the mould. Effective to 200°C.

Ambersil® Heavy-Duty Silicone Lubricant

Formerly known as Silicone Sewing Lubricant, this silicone lubricant is a highly effective anti-stick spray to speed up sewing & cutting processes. Suitable for use on sewing machines, cutting tables, aying-up areas, guillotines, cutting blades, knives, anywhere that sticking or fusing presents problems. Can also be used as a lubricant in foam converting & upholstery manufacture. Operational from -50°C to +200°C. 500ml.

Ambersil Formula 1/HT Silicone
Mould Release Agent

FORMULA ONE is a high temperature, heavy duty, silicone mould release agent. It is based on silicones dissolved in a blend of solvents and has been formulated for injection moulding, but is also highly effective for use in a wide range of other moulding processes. Operational to 288C continuous, and 300C intermittent.
APPLICATIONS
Provides a heavy duty film for release of difficult plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. Also useful as an anti-stick agent in the food, textiles, sewing, foam converting, printing and shoe industries.
N.B. Contains silicone so may be unsuitable where decorative work (e.g. painting, plating) is necessary on the moulded part. Spray a light, even coating from 9" - 12" (25 - 30 cm) and re-apply as necessary.
