Soldering Iron Kit

Convenient, hand-held soldering iron, powered by a gas canister in the handle. The handle is ergonomically designed for comfort and has an automatic piezo ignition button with a gas control valve. Anti-flare enables the tool to work in all positions (360 degrees). Comes complete with a deluxe metal carrying case.

Ultra Gas Canister

A blend of Propane, Butane, Acetone and Propene to achieve a flame temperature of more than 2100 degrees Celcius! Simply screw the canister into the threaded fitting inside the tool to install. Gas canisters to suit the Sievert 3380 Portable Soldering Iron.

No 2101\t- Very fine needle flame burner for precision work. No 2102 - Fine flame burner for localised heating. No 2103 - Small flame burner for soldering small assemblies. No 2104 - Medium flame burner for heating, plumbing and engineering where a compact well defined flame is required. No 2105\t- General purpose heating and soldering burner with a large well defined flame. No 2106 - More powerful flame for general use. No 2110 - Autotorch fishtail burner. A superb tailor made burner to give quick and efficient paint stripping; also for plastic tile laying, heat shrinking of plastics. No 2120 - Autotorch hot air burner. Gives a very short flame which barely emerges from the end of the burner. This draws in a large amount of air which is heated by the flame. Ideal for paint stripping, and heat shrinking of plastics. No 2121 - Autotorch soft flame burner. Well spread flame for heat shrinking of plastics for cable jointing and other industrial plastics.

Standard Torch Handles

No. 1185 - With comfortable, flat nylon handle strong enough to withstand rough usage. With standard needle valve. No. 1185/01 - As No. 1185 except hose inlet is replaced with 3/8" BSP-LH male union connection. No. 1245 - Designed with robust nylon handle and trigger operated diaphragm valve - pilot flame is quickly obtained by adjusting the cam ring above the trigger; full flame is given by pulling trigger which can be locked in position for continuous burning. No. 1340 - Specially designed with an immensely strong steel spring handle to stand up to the tough conditions of contractors' use. With standard needle valve. No. 1345 Extended Torch Handle Only (not illustrated) - Extra long handle with arm rest for extra comfort. Standard needle valve.
