Flowstream™
The air fed regulator’s advanced developments allow the wearer to control the airflow to suit their personal preference. Even if the input pressure changes or a spray gun from the belt is turned on or off, the Flowstream regulator provides a smooth, well-controlled airflow. Offers an extremely stable airflow and control from 2.5 to 8bar. Other air tools such as a HVLP spray gun can be connected to the auxiliary port, but will not cause variations in head top airflow. The low-pressure warning whistle and user-friendly airflow adjustment ensure optimum safety and comfort. Approved to EN1835.

Selecting your Flowstream:
1. Select a head top (HT type).
2. Select a breathing tube.
3. Select flowstream regulator.
4. Select airfed belt unit and
hose couplings (CAST).
5. Select hose or CAST
type and length.
6. Select Aircare Filtration Unit (optional if air quality is poor).

Fit Test Kits

The revision of COSHH Regulations COSHH:2002, requires employers to conduct a fit-test on any employee wearing a tight fitting face pieces. Tight fitting face pieces include disposables, half masks and full face masks. The largest contributor to reduced respiratory protection is poor fit. Fit testing is an important requirement in the process of determining whether a given respirator is the correct respirator for a particular worker. Fit-testing helps determine that a particular model and size of respirator fits a worker so there is minimal face seal leakage. There are 2 fit testing methods: qualitative and quantitative. Generally, qualitative fit testing is acceptable for most disposables and half masks, although quantitative fit testing is required when negative pressure full face piece masks are used.

Versaflo? M-306 Headtop

The 3M Versaflo? M-306 Headtop Features a general purpose faceseal for construction, chemical applications and heavy industry. In addition they incorporate head protection (EN397), essential for areas where hard hats are mandatory (e.g. construction sites.)

When used in conjunction with 3M? Powered and Supplied Air Systems the M-100 Visors offer an assigned protection factor (APF*) of:
