Allied Maxcut Structural Steel High Performance Drill Inserts

The Structural Steel Drilling system combines the GEN3SYS High Penetration Drilling System and the flexible T-A replaceable Insert Drill System. Linked to dedicated holders these two systems provide the most comprehensive solution available for fast and accurate drilling in all grades of structural steel used in RSJs and ?I? section beams, including thin wall sections and plate.

Allied Maxcut Accuport 432 Port Contour Cutter Kits

In order to better align with the metric port specification ISO-6149, AMEC has updated some features of our metric AccuPort 432 tools. Since the AccuPort 432 Port Contour Cutter is the only indexable tool in the industry that can produce the drilled hole and the port form in one step, dimensions were changed to produce the most capable forms possible. By setting dimensions to the nominal values, the resulting port form will be well within acceptable tolerance requirements. Dimensions that were updated related primarily to the ID ridge diameter, pilot length, seal angle diameter, and spotface diameter.
