Thrust Ball Bearings

Thrust Bearings are designed primarily to support axial loads at contact angles between 30° and 90°. Just as with radial bearings, these bearings differ according to the type of rolling element they use. With thrust bearings, it is necessary to supply an axial preload in order to prevent slipping movement between the bearing's rolling element and raceways.
Comprising of caged ball bearing element and pair of shaft housing washers (bearing shaft washer and housing washer, and the normal contact angle is 90°. Axial loads can be supported in only one direction, radial loads cannot be accommodated. Spherical roller and needle roller versions are also available.

Continental Contitech V-Belts

Heavy duty cogged raw edge V-belts, DIN 7753. Moderately oil-resistant. Resistant to temperature from -30 to 80°C.

Electrically conductive (anti-static) to ISO 1813. Insensitive to dust.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are double row units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. We stock both the plain (symmetrical) bore (EAW33) and taper bore (EAKW33).
The symmetrical barrel rollers orientate themselves freely on the concave outer raceway. As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated.

Rexnord Viva Couplings feature a two-piece flex element design allows for simple replacement without disturbing hubs or moving and realigning connected equipment. Tough polyurethane material is bonded to a corrosion resistant coated shoe, eliminating the need for mechanical clamping hardware. Adhesive coated high strength carbon steel shoe resists corrosion. Easily aligned reversible hubs accommodate multiple shaft gaps. Hubs are available in rough bore, custom bore, or bushed designs. Optional hub materials are available. High grade cap screws are provided with self locking nylon thread patches. Stainless steel cap screws are also available. Torsionally soft polyurethane element cushions shock loads, accommodates unavoidable misalignment and is compatible with most environments. ?V? notch design directs stress concentration away from the bond area providing a uniform failure area for overload protection if required.

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Contact angle 32, with filling slots and accept axial loads (higher loads than Type A) in a predominant direction. Cage in pressed steel, synthetic material or machined brass.

Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Internal Clearance

C3 Bearings have an internal clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Rubber Sealed Type

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.
