SNR Bearings

SNR double-row ball bearings have become the natural substitute for single-row ball bearings for higher radial load applications, or for axial loads in both directions. Suitable for mean rotating speeds, these bearings only admit very slight misalignment between shaft and housing, to the order of 0.06.
Standard synthetic material cage.

Applications: electrical motors, household appliances, wood-machine spindles, small reduction gears.

4200 Series Double Row Radial Contact Ball Bearings

Narrow Series Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

Slightly narrower than the 6000 series with the same bore and outside diameter. Designed to withstand radial loads, withstand axial loads in both directions and operate at high speeds of rotation.

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Angular Contact Bearings - Double Row

Double-row angular-contact ball bearings accept axial loads in both directions and can be used singly, as dual bearing units.? withstand axial loads in both directions? accept relatively high speeds of rotationThe construction of these bearings limits them to very small misalignment values, in the range of 0.06.

Series 32...B, 33...B

Contact angle 32, with filling slots and accept axial loads (higher loads than Type A) in a predominant direction. Cage in pressed steel, synthetic material or machined brass.

SNR Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects.

Made of grey cast iron with four fixing holes.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings with inner and outer rings. Several styles are available in this series with one or two ribs on either the inner or outer rings. These can support high radial loads and higher speeds due to the cage design than the full compliment designs. The bearings are separable and easier to fit and dismantle.

Cast iron self lube unit plummer blocks. Medium series.
With two slotted holes for fixing.

SNR Shaft Seals & Adaptors

The SNR SC...SV series consists of a contact washer made of corrosion-protected steel with a vulcanised rubber lip to locate in the housing.

The V-Ring seal has axial contact after being fitted to the shaft with the face of the washer. If the shaft extends through the housing one seal pack must be
ordered for both side of the housing.
