Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are double row units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. We stock both the plain (symmetrical) bore (EAW33) and taper bore (EAKW33).
The symmetrical barrel rollers orientate themselves freely on the concave outer raceway. As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings with inner and outer rings. Several styles are available in this series with one or two ribs on either the inner or outer rings. These can support high radial loads and higher speeds due to the cage design than the full compliment designs. The bearings are separable and easier to fit and dismantle.

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

C3 Bearings have an internal clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Open Type

Without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease, used in gearboxes and other assemblies where a lubricant is already present.

C3 bearings have an additional internal radial clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Angular Contact Bearings - Double Row

Double-row angular-contact ball bearings accept axial loads in both directions and can be used singly, as dual bearing units.? withstand axial loads in both directions? accept relatively high speeds of rotationThe construction of these bearings limits them to very small misalignment values, in the range of 0.06.

Series 32...A, 33...A

Contact angle 25, no filling slots and can accept axial loads in both directions. These bearings have synthetic material cages.

Adapter Sleeves

Adaptor sleeves are commonly used for locating tapererd bored bearing and securing them to a shaft. They can be accurately positioned and dismounted. By using in conjuction with SNR feeler gauges accurate radial clearances will be achieved.
