Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are double row units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. We stock both the plain (symmetrical) bore (EAW33) and taper bore (EAKW33).
The symmetrical barrel rollers orientate themselves freely on the concave outer raceway. As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings with inner and outer rings. Several styles are available in this series with one or two ribs on either the inner or outer rings. These can support high radial loads and higher speeds due to the cage design than the full compliment designs. The bearings are separable and easier to fit and dismantle.

Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Internal Clearance

C3 Bearings have an internal clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Rubber Sealed Type

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.

SNR Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Open type without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease, used in gearboxes and other assemblies where a lubricant is already present.

Wide Series Deep Groove Ball Bearings - C3 Clearance

Slightly wider than the 6200 series with the same bore and outside diameter. Designed to withstand radial loads, withstand axial loads in both directions and operate at high speeds of rotation.

Lock Nuts

Used primarily to help lock and locate bearings on shafts or adaptor sleeves. They have evenly spaced slots on the circumference for use with the SNR range of hook spanners.

SNR Hook spanners enable the safe and effortless tightening and loosening of all KM, KML and KMK type locknuts and avoid damage to the nuts or shaft.

Manufactured from tempered steel, these spanners are extremely strong and robust.

SNR Pillow Block Housings

The housings are produced from grey cast iron in compliance with DIN EN 1561 and external surface painted RAL 5010 - Gentian Blue) the machined surfaces are treated with an anti-corrosion agent. Threaded for grease nipple or automatic lubrication and grease drain hole which is sealed with a metal threaded plug at the factory but can be removed subject to application.
Housings based on ISO 113/II: 1994 and DIN 736: 1984 to DIN 739: 1984.

500 Series for use with tapered bore from 1200K, 2200K, 22200K and 23200K with shaft diameter: 20mm to 140mm. 600 Series for use with tapered bore from 1300K, 3200K, 21300K and 22300K with shaft diameter: 20mm to 90mm.
