The right combination of impact ring and mounting sleeve ensures the effective transmission of mounting force. The simultaneous support of the outer and inner rings prevents the risk of deterioration of the races and rotating assemblies.

The kit is also suitable for the mounting of other components such as handles, spacers, sealing rings, seals, pinions and pulleys.

Very robust for a long working life with impact-resistant, synthetic material, avoiding any metal-to-metal contact ideal for use in conjunction with a press.
Calibrated for approximately 400 different bearings with bore diameters between 10 and 50mm and with outside diameters between 26 and 110mm.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings with inner and outer rings. Several styles are available in this series with one or two ribs on either the inner or outer rings. These can support high radial loads and higher speeds due to the cage design than the full compliment designs. The bearings are separable and easier to fit and dismantle.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Spherical roller bearings are double row units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel rollers with cages. We stock both the plain (symmetrical) bore (EAW33) and taper bore (EAKW33).
The symmetrical barrel rollers orientate themselves freely on the concave outer raceway. As a result, shaft flexing and misalignment of the bearing seats are compensated.

SNR Bearings

SNR has developed a complete range of high quality ball thrust bearings. Thrust bearings are designed to maintain the shaft in one single direction. They admit low rotating speeds and sustain high axial loads.

You are strongly advised against submitting them to radial loading. Ball thrust bearings are comprised of separate items facilitating installation and maintenance. Grease and oil lubrication is feasible.

Applications: vertical shaft, lathe tailstock, plate-type pumps.

Adapter Sleeves

Adaptor sleeves are commonly used for locating tapererd bored bearing and securing them to a shaft. They can be accurately positioned and dismounted. By using in conjuction with SNR feeler gauges accurate radial clearances will be achieved.

C3 Bearings have an internal clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Rubber Sealed Type

With rubber seals inserted into the outer raceway and in contact with the inner race providing protection against the ingress of moisture, dust and other foreign objects. The seals also retain the pre-filled grease in the bearing. Seals can be easily removed for applications that only require one seal.
