5400 Medium Strength Thread Sealant

LOCTITE® 5400™ is designed for the locking and sealing of
metal threaded pipes and fittings. The product cures when
confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal
surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and
vibration. The thixotropic nature reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the substrate.

518 - Flexible Fast Cure Gasket

Recommended for sealing aluminium flanges and fills up to 0.5mm. Withstands fluctuations in pressure, temperature and vibration. Replaces pre-cut gaskets on rigid parts.

542 Hydraulic Sealant

Medium strength, medium viscosity. Impervious to all common hydraulic fluids including fire resistant synthetics. Will not clog valves or fine filters. Replaces tapes, pastes and self-sealing compression joints.
Recommended for threaded fittings as used in hydraulic and pneumatic installations.
Medium threadlocking strength.
Suitable for high pressure systems.

General purpose flange sealant for gaps up to 0.5mm. Typical applications are hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, transmission and engine flanges and marine pipework. Versatile pipe sealant. Enables the improvements required of today?s pipe systems, instantly seals (irrespective of ambient temperature) domestic and industrial pipe systems during their assembly. Can be safely and confidently used with drinking or waste water (hot and cold), gas, compressed air and industrial oils. Potable water: WRC listed for use with potable water up to 85C, meets BS 6920. 5800 Medium Strength Gasketing Sealant

LOCTITE® 5800 is a single component, medium strength, anaerobic sealant which cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. Typical applications include sealing close fitting joints between rigid metal faces and flanges. The product provides resistance to low pressures
immediately after assembly of flanges. Typically used as a form-in-place gasket on rigid flanged connections, e.g. gearbox and engine casings, etc.

567 Master Pipe Sealant

Low strength thread sealant with high lubricity to prevent galling on stainless steel fittings. (Should be used with activator 7649).
