5800 Medium Strength Gasketing Sealant

LOCTITE® 5800 is a single component, medium strength, anaerobic sealant which cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. Typical applications include sealing close fitting joints between rigid metal faces and flanges. The product provides resistance to low pressures
immediately after assembly of flanges. Typically used as a form-in-place gasket on rigid flanged connections, e.g. gearbox and engine casings, etc.

510 - Flange Sealant

Recommended for high temperature applications (up to 200C), where maximum solvent resistance is required.
AGA approved No. 2590 up to 6900kPA (100psi).

542 Hydraulic Sealant

Medium strength, medium viscosity. Impervious to all common hydraulic fluids including fire resistant synthetics. Will not clog valves or fine filters. Replaces tapes, pastes and self-sealing compression joints.
Recommended for threaded fittings as used in hydraulic and pneumatic installations.
Medium threadlocking strength.
Suitable for high pressure systems.
Temperature range: -55C to 150C

515 Gasket Eliminator

Flexes with minor flange movement. Fills gaps up to 0.25mm. Does not shrink or migrate. Temperature range -55C to 150C. AGA approved No. 2590 up to 6900kPA (100psi).

Medium strength. Suitable for copper, mild steel, cast iron, stainless steel and galvanised pipe. Carries the German DVGW approval. tested in accordance with EN751-1. Certified to NSF P1. Conforms with: BS 6956 : 7 (gas).
AGA Approval No. 3207 to 1050kPa (152psi).

574 - General Purpose Flange Sealant

Conforms with BS6920 (potable water). General purpose flange sealant for gaps up to 0.5mm. Typical applications are hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, transmission and engine flanges and marine pipework.
Suitable for 90% of flange sealing applications.

511* - Thread Sealant

Seals and locks in any position. Low strength and easily dismantled. Contains teflon to prevent galling. *Fast cure version of 572. Conforms with:BS 6956 : 7 (gas). Crries the German DVGW approval. tested in accordance with EN751-1. Certified to NSF P1.

567 Master Pipe Sealant

Low strength thread sealant with high lubricity to prevent galling on stainless steel fittings. (Should be used with activator 7649).

Recommended for all coarse metal threads where slow cure is required to prolong time frame for adjusting valves and fittings.
Temperature Range: -55C to 205C
AGA Approval No. 3207 to 1050kPa (152psi).

5331 - Threadsealer Sealant

Recommended for use on threaded plastic or plastic/metal fittings carrying hot or cold water e.g. industrial and agricultural plastic water pipe systems, or drainage systems.
