N.B. Suitable for AC (70V minimum open circuit) and DC. Optimum rooting operability is obtained using DC-.

Precision layer wound, for snag free production welding. Mild steel Mig wire on plastic reels. For mild and medium tensile steels. Copper coated, double deoxidised with manganese and silicon providing high quality welds with good mechanical properties. Made to BS2901 PART 1, 1983 A18. BS EN 440 G3Si1.S. Available in 0.8mm diameter. 0.5kg mini reel. Made to BS 2901/1 : 1983 4043A & AWS A5.10-92 ER 4043. For wrought and cast alloys with up to 7% silicon content.
