Copely Low Density Polyethylene Tube

LDP Series
Low density polyethylene tube has been greatly used for many years in a wide variety of applications. It has mainly been associated with the conveyance of beer and soft drinks for the brewery industry and water for domestic services, however it is suitable for many applications requiring a relatively low cost material and has good resistance to many liquids and chemicals. It has also been used in the pneumatics field in spite of its low abrasion and cut resistance.

NMF Eurlon Series
Eurolon industrial nylon tubing is extruded from polyamides 11 and 12 to precise dimensional tolerances, on machinery utilising the latest technical improvements in extrusion calibration. Eurolon industrial tubing has low moisture absorption when compared with other polyamides, ensuring consistent flexibility over a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions. Eurolon tubing is seamless in construction with a smooth high gloss inner and outer surface. It is light, approximately one ninth the weight of copper and flexible, facilitating ease of installation. It is ideally suited for applications such as fuel lines, oil lines, petrol tank breather sheaths, pneumatic controls, bleed lines and brake controls. Eurolon industrial nylon tubing conforms to S.M.M.T. standard NM7B, 1968 and C2C in dimensions specified in addition to SAEJ844 3A (unreinforced) and 3B (reinforced) types, (3B available by special order). Metric dimensions conform to BS5409 with respect to all technical details. Eurolon type 11 nylon in semi rigid grade meets the requirements of government regulations with regard to materials and articles in contact with food under UK Statutory instrument 1978 No.1927. Eurolon tubing is available for higher temperature applications, with heat resisting additives in both semi rigid and flexible grades, subject to minimum manufacturing quantities. Available in several colours: black, blue, natural, green, red and yellow.

Hose reels help eliminate hose entanglement hazards in the work place. Case manufactured from UV stabilised impact
resistant plastic. Multi position ratchet allows the reel to be fixed to the wall or ceiling. Smooth hose retraction. Wide angle 160 pivoting mounting bracket. High quality black TPR hose rated to 17 bar.



Heavy duty UV stabilised polypropylene spring driven retractable hose reel suitable for compressed air or cold water up to 17 bar working pressure. The reel comes complete with 18 mtr x 12mm heavy duty hose which has been specially formulated for use on hose reels. The inlet is 1/2” bsp female and the hose terminates in a 1/2” bspt male.

Copely Polyurethane Tube

CPU Series
Codeflex polyurethane tube is suitable for a wide range of applications demanding a flexible and cut resistant tube in applications such as pneumatic control systems and chemical transfer tubing. Codeflex polyurethane is well suited to applications demanding maximum kink resistance, minimum kink memory. It is suitable for fitting into confined spaces where conventional tubes lacking the above factors would increase fitting time in addition to flow restriction.

LH Series
Light duty blue industrial layflat - LH series. General-purpose hose especially suitable for drainage of locations with relatively small differences in elevation; for temporary water supply: for sprinkler irrigation or due to its resistance to most chemicals, for spreading liquid fertilisers and agricultural chemicals. Colour Blue.
