TAG Insert Features
* Very rigid clamping in a tangentially oriented pocket.
* Enables machining at very high feed rates and provides excellent straightness and surface finish.

The TAG inserts are available with the familiar J- and C-Type chipformers, with neutral and angular frontal cutting edges. IC808 Grade Description:
A tough submicron substrate improved TiAIN PVD coated grade for better chip flow. Designed for machining heat resistant alloys, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloys and carbon steel at medium to high cutting speeds, interrupted cut and unfavourable conditions. Excellent notch wear and built-up edge resistance.

KNMX Indexable Turning Inserts

GH330 (ISO P20-P35 M25-M40). New PVD coated, general purpose wear-resistant grade, which can produce excellent surface finish and performs well on a wide range of work materials, including steels and stainless steels.

Iscar HELITURN Indexable Inserts

Iscar HELITURN LD Inserts with High Helical Cutting Edge for High Metal Removal Rates. The HELITURN LD inserts WNMX ...-HTW and CNMX ...-HTW are produced from the most advanced SUMO TEC grades. These inserts are designed with very positive radial helical cutting edges and positive rake angles ? a combination which substantially reduces the cutting forces and facilitates higher productivity.

The CNMX and WNMX insert corners are equipped with a wiper configuration which produces high surface finish, even at high feeds.
