Ambersil Formula 1/HT Silicone
Mould Release Agent

FORMULA ONE is a high temperature, heavy duty, silicone mould release agent. It is based on silicones dissolved in a blend of solvents and has been formulated for injection moulding, but is also highly effective for use in a wide range of other moulding processes. Operational to 288C continuous, and 300C intermittent.
APPLICATIONS
Provides a heavy duty film for release of difficult plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. Also useful as an anti-stick agent in the food, textiles, sewing, foam converting, printing and shoe industries.
N.B. Contains silicone so may be unsuitable where decorative work (e.g. painting, plating) is necessary on the moulded part. Spray a light, even coating from 9" - 12" (25 - 30 cm) and re-apply as necessary.

Ambersil Non Silicone Mould Release Agents for Thermosetting Plastics

Dry film for polyurethane, epoxy resins and polyesters. Will not stain or mark the moulding. Operational up to 180C.

WD40SP High Performance Dry PTFE Lubricant

Withstands temperatures of -45°C to +260°C. Ideal to be used on metals, plastic and glass. Enhanced lubrication and protection. Produces a clear dry film that resists dirt, dust and oil. Reduces friction and wear. Advanced formulation works as an effective mould release agent.

DWF Motorcycle Aerosol

A multi-purpose aerosol penetrant and de-watering fluid for motorcycles. It provides excellent displacement of moisture from engine ignitions and electrical contacts. It protects against corrosion and frees corroded parts. Suitable for all makes of on and off road motorcycle and scooter.
Caution: This product is flammable.

Gear & Wire Rope Lubricant

A fast drying, high solids, high penetrating lubricant that forms a tough, durable barrier against corrosion, abrasion, dust absorption, water wash off and extremes of temperature.
Suitable for use on gears in motion.

LPS® Heavy-Duty Silicone Lubricant

Meets FDA regulation for incidental food contact. Water-based, silicone-rich formula. Low odour. Ideal for rubber and plastic surfaces. Eliminates sticking, binding, and squeaking. Non-staining. Safe on most surfaces. NSF® Certified: H1 Registration # 059820 (Aerosol); # 059821 (Bulk).

Rocol Dry Moly Paste

A soft petroleum based paste with high moly content. Can be rubbed, or burnished on to the surface. Provides excellent load carrying. Dry film lubrication. Temperature range up to 450C. Available in 100gm or 750gm.

Ambersil Graphite Lock Lube





A dry graphite lubricant for long lasting, smooth lock operation. The microscopic grains of graphite ensure good penetration and effective anti-seize lubrication. Extends
lock life, even in mildly corrosive environments.

PX-24 Industrial Strength Protective Lubricant

Formulated specifically to meet the exacting standards of Military maintenance personnel. PX24 is a multi-purpose lubricant, corrosion inhibitor, dewatering and protective fluid. It is ideal for use on all mechanical and electrical equipment and as a penetrant will quickly free seized nuts, bolts and bearings.



Meets military spec Def. Stan 68-10 issue 4 PX24, NATO Code C-634 and Augusta Westland approved: WHPS 158. Copper corrosion - IP 154 max 1; no pitting or etching. Water Displacement - Complete Displacement of NaCI test solution (IP 178). Corrosion Protection - Pass/No Corrosion (IP 178).
