General-purpose drill, to drill steels with a tensile strength up to 1,000N/mm2, cast steel, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, nickel brass and graphite. TiN coating provides longer tool life. Point angle: 118. Helix angle: Normal. Web thickness: Normal. Relief angle: Normal. Tolerance of diameter: h8. Tolerance of shank: f11. Manufactured to DIN338RN.

Kennedy Holesaw Variable Pitch Bi-Metal HSS

Kennedy variable pitch bi-metal high speed holesaws feature a very aggressive cutting action, which gives a very smooth finish and substantial reductions in noise levels. Noise reduction is achieved by disrupting the harmonics produced when sawing certain materials and structures such as tubing and angle. An improvement in swarf clearance is also achieved.

Cutting depth: 28.5mm (1.1/8'').

Holesaw and Arbor sizes:
14-30mm - use Arbor K1 or K4.
32-210mm - use Arbor K2 or K10.

Guhring Machine Chucking Reamers Intermediate Diameter HSS-E

Available in diameters ranging from 2mm to 10mm in increments of 0.01mm. Made from HSS-E steel with a bright finish, left hand spiral flute. For all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and hard and soft plastics. For use on CNC machines, producing high quality reamed holes. Manufactured to DIN 212 and DIN 2172 section 1.

Code numbers are determined by the nominal diameter. Delete the decimal point; create a four figure number by preceding the figures with a zero, if required. All codes finish with the letter A, i.e. 3.60 becomes 0360A.
