Kennedy® "T" Type Shank Jigsaw Blades

Another technique is to score a guide line on the wood, this creates a pre-cut line that must then be followed accurately. Anothertechnique is to place adhesive tape over the proposed cut line, this holds the material in place whilst the cut is being made.
