Matlock Euro shelving is available in a range of sizes and configurations to meet your specific storage requirement. The heavy duty all steel shelving system has a 200Kg UDL* per shelf capacity making it ideal for industrial storage.

The shelving bays are available with solid cladding or open/braced backs and sides. Shelve height is adjustable and are fitted on clips for easy repositioning.
High quality, light grey powder coat finish.
Biocote antimicrobial protection reduces levels of bacteria on surfaces by up to 99.99% .

Framework Benches

Simple and economic solutions to the need of production assembly, maintenance and despatch personnel.
18mm FSC compliant chipboard working surface (210kg UDL). Shelves on workstations carry 150kg UDL.
Robust uprights and light grey beam finish. Kits supplied with metal feet and full assembly instructions.

Plain Bearing Chucks

Designed for medium or heavy duty portable, bench or floor mounted power tools. Industrial quality with fully hardened and ground working components which offers high accuracy, gripping power and durability. Each chuck has centre ground jaws for absolute straightness and alignment, through hardened sleeve teeth plus hardened nose and keyholes to provide wear resistance. The one piece sleeve eliminates crack between the driving teeth.

Steel Lockers

Steel lockers with a vibrant Design and choice of colour to suit any environment. Each compartment has air vents that allows each compartment to breathe. 10 disc secure locking system supplied with two keys as standard giving a high level of security. All doors are manufactured from 0.9mm steel and to add further strength and rigidity a steel channel is welded into the inside of every door and each compartment. Lockers are supplied in a quality cardboard box to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition.

Engineers Workbenches

The frame mounts securely to the bench leg of any static bench on this page. Backpanel is available in 3 types:
perforated, louvred or combi.
1115mm high (above worktop).
Twin tube 240v light.
200mm deep shelf.
457mm high steel panel.

Overhead kit

Horizontal Industrial Clamps

Features: Comfortable, cushioned PVC orange handle grips. Specification: The main components are of zinc plated and passivated steel. Rivets are of stainless steel, which burnishes and work-hardens with use, the rivets of the larger clamps rotating in hardened bushes or directly in the close-toleranced holes of hardened parts.

Kennedy® Standard Duty Revolving Centres

Manufactured from high alloy steel hardened and tempered then precision ground externally. Precision bearings are fitted as standard and the centres have a 60° point. Maximum Runout: No 1 to 4 taper: 0.005mm, No 5 to 6 taper: 0.010mm.

Precision Ground Flat Stock (500mm)

The dimensional stability of ground flat stock combines with other useful characteristics including excellent resistance to cracking during heat treatment compared with other, more highly alloyed, cold work tools. Relatively soft and easy to machine. High wear resistance after heat treatment. Holds a good cutting edge. Suitable for EDM machining.
Typical applications: widely used in precision tools, machine knives, gauges, jigs, templates, punches, dies and machine parts.
The Cost Cutting Stock: extensive range of widths and thicknesses enables the selection of an appropriate size of ground flat stock to minimise material and machining costs.

Manufactured from BS4659 B01 grade steel equivalent to AISI 01 and Werk. No. 1.2510.
