The heat and surface treatment plus the high quality of steel used in the manufacturing process ensure the springs will bear a high number of stresses without breaking or without appreciable loss of load. Every batch of springs is subject to a rigorous testing procedure to ensure that a consistent quality is maintained. Longer springs should be guided along their course.

Heavy duty industrial cupboards with double locking doors. Finished in epoxy powder coat RAL7035 with doors in blue RAL5010. Perforated door liners will accept tool holders. Security is ensured by a 3 point locking system. Shelves and drawers are adjustable on a 25mm pitch. Drawer dividers are available separately. Load capacity per shelf 100kg. 75kg U.D.L. capacity per drawer with 100% extension slides. Overall load capacity 1.5 ton.

Carver Rack Clamps

Consist of a J shape notched bar and sliding jaw. Finished in a bright orange epoxy coating for durability. Uses include metal fabrication, welding, moulding box and die holding, pattern making, plastic and fibreglass moulding and plate fabrication. No long screws to bend, or critical working parts exposed to weld spatter. The action of tightening the clamps does not impose rotation to the workpiece. The jaws may be reversed and the clamp used in reverse action.

Tough welded steel cupboards complete with galvanised shelves and bins in the colours shown. The bins are manufactured from high density polythylene and are resistant to most acids, alkalis, greases and oils and are suitable for use in temperature ranges from -35 to +80. All bins are supplied with a label and integral holder. Heavy duty housing and three point locking system. The bins have been selected to fully utilise the storage space available.
