Heavy Duty Racking
4 shelf, 430mm deep

This racking system can be assembled in five ways and has uprights and beams made of heavy gauge steel with a corrosion resistant powder coating and rubber feet to protect the floor. It is easy to assemble, interlocking with just two nuts and bolts joining one upright frame to the next. The 430mm deep shelves are easily adjustable and can take up to 455kg UDL (uniformly distributed load) with the rack being fixed to a wall.

Precision Ground Flat Stock (18")

The dimensional stability of ground flat stock combines with other useful characteristics including excellent resistance to cracking during heat treatment compared with other, more highly alloyed, cold work tools. Relatively soft and easy to machine. High wear resistance after heat treatment. Holds a good cutting edge. Suitable for EDM machining.
Typical applications: widely used in precision tools, machine knives, gauges, jigs, templates, punches, dies and machine parts.
The Cost Cutting Stock: extensive range of widths and thicknesses enables the selection of an appropriate size of ground flat stock to minimise material and machining costs.

Manufactured from BS4659 B01 grade steel equivalent to AISI 01 and Werk. No. 1.2510.

Powder coated durable steel lockers with reinforced doors, Strong semi -concealed hinges with deadlocks fitted as standard and through-frame locking for added security. Ventilation in frame allows air circulation whilst retaining unpierced door finish, hat shelf and 2 x coat hooks fitted in the single door locker (450mm deep locker also has a hanging rail), 2 x coat hooks fitted in each compartment of the 2-tier locker. All Matlock lockers are provided as standard with BioCote protection. BioCote is a patent-protected powder coating which inhibits the growth of potentially lethal bacteria and fungi. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination from surfaces with a high contact frequency.
