Loctite 9466 A+B Dual Cartridge

Loctite Hysol 9466 A&B is a toughened, 2K-Epoxy adhesive, suitable for multi purpose applications requiring long open time and high bonding strength. Ideal for a wide variety of substrates like metals, ceramic and most plastics.

Working time: 60min.
Fixture time: 180min.
Viscosity in Pa-s: 35.
Tensile strength: 32N/mm².
Peel strength: 8N/mm.
Service temperature range: -55°C - +120°C.

641 - Bearing Fit

Medium strength for use with parts that will require subsequent dismantling using ordinary tools. Prevents fretting and corrosion.

603* - General Purpose Retainer

Can replace or reinforce interference fits, pins, splines, keys and screws, giving slip fitted parts with a 0.1mm diametrical clearance greater push out resistance. * Replaces 601.

330 - Multi-Bond Structural Adhesives

For use where the gaps between parts are bigger (up to 0.4mm). Resists flex peel and shock loads. Suitable for ceramic, wood, steels, certain plastics and smooth concrete.

7031 Quick Clean

Neutralises acidic surfaces on the work surface and removes alkaline deposits left by soda or ammonia based solutions which weaken the bond of the adhesive.

Loctite 406 - Prism Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

For rubber, plastics, EPDM, nitrile and neoprene. Replaces 495, 414 and 424. Use with Polyolefin Primer 770 for difficult to bond plastics and rubber such as polypropylene, silicone etc. Available in 20g, 50g and 500g. Maximum operating temperature: 120°C.

278 High Strength Oil Tolerant Threadlocker

Invented by Henkel Loctite as a revolutionary method to lock and seal threaded fasteners, Loctite Threadlockers have found wide acceptance in a range of applications - from delicate electronic components to heavy construction equipment. Loctite Threadlockers are available in varying viscosities and strengths for virtually any application, including exposure to extreme environments.



High strength threadlocker which can be used on as received parts and on applications where operating temperatures can reach 200C. It is also ideal for use on plated bolts including the new zinc/trivalent chrome finishes.

648 - Engineering Adhesive

Suitable for use at continuous working temperature of up to 175C. Can fill gaps of up to 0.15mm. High shear strength, medium viscosity and solvent resistant.

Instant Adhesive

Black, toughened adhesive. For small metal parts where the bond must endure heavy peel loads.
