Swiss+Burr™ hand deburring tools are a fast effective and efficient way of deburring holes, slots and edges. Swiss+Burr™ is a totally modular system of interchangeable handles, holders and blades designed to cover all applications. A choice of HSS or carbide blades, countersinks and scrapers are available to suit your specific application. Swiss+Burr™ blades are also interchangeable with commonly available brands including Kennedy, Noga, Ruko, Seco, Snap-Tap and Stellram.

E100 Deburring Blade

The Swiss+Burr™ E100 TiN Blade is TiN coated to reduce wear on the blade. This HSS heavy duty blade is for use on straight and hole edges for deburring materials with spiral chips, steel, aluminium, copper, stainless steel and hardened steels.

PSC and PSCa (adjustable) Collets for Plain Shank Cutters

Tru-Loc Collets are available for plain shank cutters in two different styles, PSC non adjustable and PSCa - Collets with an adjustable back-stop screw to allow more accurate & consistent cutter replacement.

BSF (British Standard Fine) HSS Ground Thread Dies

Sherwood dies are for use in die stocks to cut external screw threads on metal rod, the split in the die allows the adjusting screws of the diestock to compress or expand the die to accommodate for slight variations in size of the material being threaded or die sharpness.
