Kennedy Hand Files Milled Tooth

Manufactured from alloy steel and feature undercut teeth that produce a more aggressive cut than conventional files and requires less operator effort. Suitable for use on a wide variety of materials including aluminium, steels, alloys, brass, copper, wood, plastics etc. Available as standard cut in four blade lengths and two tooth forms. Kennedy Holesaw Variable Pitch Bi-Metal HSS

Kennedy variable pitch bi-metal high speed holesaws feature a very aggressive cutting action, which gives a very smooth finish and substantial reductions in noise levels. Noise reduction is achieved by disrupting the harmonics produced when sawing certain materials and structures such as tubing and angle. An improvement in swarf clearance is also achieved.

Kennedy® Thredfloer Fluteless Taps

Form rather than cut the thread in almost any ductile material. These include aluminium, brass, copper, carbon steels, zinc and magnesium alloys and even some stainless steels. The material is "cold formed" into the relevant thread and has the advantage of being a full form thread unlike normal cut tapped holes. This make the thread stronger. The forming operation does not create chips so swarf contamination and blockage is illiminated and tap breakage reduced. Because there is no consideration for chip evacuation, Thredfloer taps can be run at higher cutting speeds and reduced cycle times. Lubrication grooves are a feature of all Thredfloer taps of M3.0 and over. These allow lubrication to reach the end of the tap to maintain tool life and to prevent damage from "Hydraulic Blow Out".
