Insert cartridge design for head sizes 68 - 500. Heads and cartridges available for up to 5 different insert styles (MC.., CC.., CN.., TC.., WC..). Simultaneous adjustment of the slide blocks. Override device to prevent stripping of adjusting screw. Micrometer adjustment on large boring heads, with 0.01mm increments. Cartridges have own radial adjusting screw for individual setting of cartridges. Change to different lead angle or insert style by simply exchanging cartridges.
