Cast Iron IE3 Multi-Voltage Three Phase Motors

Cast iron frame motors - IE3 (Premium Efficiency) three-phase motors. These motors exceed the IE3 New European Minimum Energy Performance Standard (EU MEPS). Thermisters fitted as standard in frame 160 and above. IP55 protection as standard (up to IP66 on request).

Conti-V Standard Multiflex V-Belts

Classical section wrapped V-belts to DIN 2215. Moderately oil-resistant. Resistant to temperatures from -55C to +70C. Electrically conductive (anti-static) to ISO 813. Insensitive to dust. Suitable for tropical climates.

C3 Bearings have an internal clearance to cope with high speed environments where excess heat is generated.

Open Type

Without seals to allow for the free circulation of either oil or grease, used in gearboxes and other assemblies where a lubricant is already present.

Taper Roller Bearings

Tapered roller bearings are comprised of solid inner and outer rings with raceways, taper rollers and cages manufactured from pressed steel. The bearings are not self-retaining. As a result, the inner ring with the rollers can be fitted separately from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings are not sealed and not supplied grease filled.

Housed Bearing Units

Housed Bearing Units are one of the most effective and easiest solution to accomodate misalignment. Units below consist of housing and insert. A wide range is available including Imperial sizes. Please ask for further information.

Plummer Blocks - Standard Series - MP Type

Cast iron self lube unit plummer blocks. Standard series. With two slotted holes or fixing.

SNR Shaft Seals & Adaptors

The SNR SC...SV series consists of a contact washer made of corrosion-protected steel with a vulcanised rubber lip to locate in the housing.

The V-Ring seal has axial contact after being fitted to the shaft with the face of the washer. If the shaft extends through the housing one seal pack must be
ordered for both side of the housing.
