Leading non-setting gasket and sealing compound in use world-wide. Used some of the world's major automotive manufacturers and several Formula 1 teams. Non-hardening and non-setting allows for unlimited assembly time. Vibration resistant. Allows metal to metal contact. Resistant to combustion products, water, engine coolant, petroleum, lubricating oils, kerosene and fluorocarbon refrigerants. Seals surface imperfections. Withstands rapid variations in temperature. 567 Master Pipe Sealant

Low strength thread sealant with high lubricity to prevent galling on stainless steel fittings. (Should be used with activator 7649).

Recommended for all coarse metal threads where slow cure is required to prolong time frame for adjusting valves and fittings.
Temperature Range: -55C to 205C
AGA Approval No. 3207 to 1050kPa (152psi).

561 Pipe Sealant Stick - 19gm

Low strength pipe sealant in a convenient clean and easy to use stick form. It gives an instant seal on taper/parallel threads and locks the fittings in place.
Semi-solid stick formula offers added convenience and portability. Formulated for fast, reliable curing on metal, tapered pipe threads and fittings. Provides high pressure sealing at operating temperatures up to 150C.

Recommended for all coarse metal threads where disassembly is required. Ideal for use in a broad range of industries including chemical processing, waste water treatment and automotive.

574 - General Purpose Flange Sealant

Conforms with BS6920 (potable water). General purpose flange sealant for gaps up to 0.5mm. Typical applications are hydraulic and pneumatic control valves, transmission and engine flanges and marine pipework.
Suitable for 90% of flange sealing applications.

General purpose tape for sealing gas/water pipe threads. Chemical and acid resistant. For use at temperatures from -270C to 260C.

12mtr x 12mm roll. For hot and cold water pipes. Made to BS7786:1995.

542 Hydraulic Sealant

Medium strength, medium viscosity. Impervious to all common hydraulic fluids including fire resistant synthetics. Will not clog valves or fine filters. Replaces tapes, pastes and self-sealing compression joints.
Recommended for threaded fittings as used in hydraulic and pneumatic installations.
Medium threadlocking strength.
Suitable for high pressure systems.
