Kennedy Steel Shims

Designed to achieve accurate alignment. High quality steel to prevent corrosion from exposure to acids or alkalis. With rounded corners, perfectly deburred for maximum safety. Permanent markings indicate thickness and dimensions. Extraction and insertion tabs facilitate positioning and removal of the shims.

Pallet Racking

Complete pallet racking bays to suit a variety of standard pallet sizes. Frames are delivered ready assembled for fast and simple installation. Beams slot into uprights and are secured with locking pins. Kits include 2 x frames (starter bays) or 1 frame (extension bay), 4 x beams, 8 x beam locking pins, shims and floor fixings. Beams are adjustable on a 75mm pitch.

Precision Ground Flat Stock (500mm)

The dimensional stability of ground flat stock combines with other useful characteristics including excellent resistance to cracking during heat treatment compared with other, more highly alloyed, cold work tools. Relatively soft and easy to machine. High wear resistance after heat treatment. Holds a good cutting edge. Suitable for EDM machining.
Typical applications: widely used in precision tools, machine knives, gauges, jigs, templates, punches, dies and machine parts.
The Cost Cutting Stock: extensive range of widths and thicknesses enables the selection of an appropriate size of ground flat stock to minimise material and machining costs.

Matlock Industrial Cupboards and Lockers

These low Matlock with small or medium sized compartments are popular as primary school lockers and are widely used in offices. They are ideal for schools because they can be stacked two high so young children can reach them and in the office they can be arranged to suit changing requirements.

Vertical Industrial Toggle Clamps

Powder coated durable steel lockers with reinforced doors, Strong semi -concealed hinges with deadlocks fitted as standard and through-frame locking for added security. Ventilation in frame allows air circulation whilst retaining unpierced door finish, hat shelf and 2 x coat hooks fitted in the single door locker (450mm deep locker also has a hanging rail), 2 x coat hooks fitted in each compartment of the 2-tier locker. All Matlock lockers are provided as standard with BioCote protection. BioCote is a patent-protected powder coating which inhibits the growth of potentially lethal bacteria and fungi. This reduces the risk of cross-contamination from surfaces with a high contact frequency.
