Modular Coolant Hose System

Modular coolant hose system is ideal for coolants, fluids and air lines. Suitable for all wet machining, spark erosion and air line operations up to 50psi air and 30psi liquid. Flow direction is easily and accurately positioned with no spring-back. All parts are fully interchangeable and fully replaceable if a single section is damaged. Manufactured from Acetal - non-conductive and chemical resistant. Available with 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" bore. Hose is available in a choice of two colours, green or blue, all other fittings are orange. Threaded fittings are fully compatible with BSPT.

Drill & Chuck Guards

The lower section can also be removed to allow use with shorter drills without obscuring vision. For use with drills with a collar size of 50 to 88mm diameter. Designed to achieve accurate alignment. High quality steel to prevent corrosion from exposure to acids or alkalis. With rounded corners, perfectly deburred for maximum safety. Permanent markings indicate thickness and dimensions. Extraction and insertion tabs facilitate positioning and removal of the shims.
