Overcord Z E6013 Rutile Electrode

Oerlikon Overcord Z is a new E6013 rutile MMA electrode, it is designed for all positional welding including vertical up and down (it replaces Supercord). Overcord Z is manufactured with a rutile/cellulosic flux coating, which gives a fast freezing slag to enable vertical down welding. Overcord Z offers easy striking with improved stable operating characteristics resulting in excellent weld bead shape and appearance.

Supercito 7010S ('Low Hydrogen')

Basic coated, all positional rods. Applications: for steel plate structural steels, pipe work and forgings. Ideal for repairs of casting and machinery, compensates for dilution effect of poor steels. Often used where rutile deposits may be at risk from cracking.
N.B. Suitable for AC (70V minimum open circuit) and DC. Optimum rooting operability is obtained using DC-.

Oerlikon DC Inverter Miniarc 4.0i

230V single phase DC inverter for welding steels, stainless steels with rutile, basic and special stick electrodes up to 4.0mm diameter. Output current of 150amps 25% duty cycle. The Miniarc 4.0i is a highly portable machine weighing 3.8kg providing an amperage range of 2 - 150A capable of using electrodes in the range 1.6 - 4.0mm. Operating features include: 'arc force' function to provide a stable arc condition, integral 'hot start' for easy striking and 'antistick' device to eliminate short circuiting of the electrode.

Oerlikon AC Transformer ROKCY

Handy and fully portable AC transformer available in three versions and offers very stable ADC welding characteristics ideal for small workshops, maintenance, agricultural and repair applications. Suitable for both 230V and 400V supply, the ROKCY is capable of depositing mild steel, stainless steel and hardfacing electrodes in the range 1.6 - 5.0mm depending on model.
