The Indexa-Seiki ER Collet chuck is manufactured as part of Europe's most popular collet system. The collapsing collet design can be used for a range of diameters and maintains concentricity for drilling and milling. Long reach options are also available to give access into deep recesses. Indexa-Seiki VDI Toolholders

Manufactured to DIN 69880. Suitable for use in NC lathes with VDI fixing disc. Features: All tools are fully carburised and hardened. Surface hardness of 58 - 60HRC. Tensile strength above 1000N/mm2. Surfaces blued; seat, parallel shank and shoulder ground. Tools can be adjusted in-situ on radial and axial toolholders. Seat shim allows two tool sizes to be used with one toolholder. Ball regulator (bullseye) provides easy coolant control.

Designed to save set up time and solve most T-Slot clamping problems. All Components are manufactured from S45C (JIS)/CK45 (DIN) grade non alloy carbon steel. Heat treated to HRC 28-32 and have a manganese phosphate surface finish. Supplied in a robust plastic case.

Super Positive 45° approach milling cutter, angle decreases cutting forces and allows a quick feed in a limited capacity machine. Clamp style insert pocket with shim seats to protect the body in case of accident. Uses SEKN/R 1203 AF_N inserts. Plasma Ion coating offers longer tool life and greater hardness that is more resistant to wear. Through coolant as standard.
