Kennedy Welding Accessories

Kennedy PVC welding curtains comply with EN1598 to block out welding light. The curtains have snap-fasteners on both sides to allow several to be joined together to create the desired width.

Supplied with reinforced holes on the upper edge and steel suspension rings.

PVC Welding Curtains

All Kennedy PVC welding curtains are made of a pliable, self-extinguishing PVC material with a flash point of 320-390C.

Conform to: EN1598 for welding (fulfilling requirements on transmittance, reflectance, UV-stability and resistance to ignition).

Supplied with steel curtain rings.

Available in a range of sizes and colours.

Murex Process/Heating Nozzles and Adaptors

Fully compatible with most heavy duty welding shanks and blowpipes. For use with blowpipes* 1143, 1144; Saffire NM250; Citogas NMC200. Up to 766,000 Btu/h can be achieved from 5H when used on blowpipe with adaptor. *Use adaptor 120458.

MasterGage Weld Gauges

MasterGage permits quick and accurate measuring of the most popular weld fillet sizes in inch and metric. Excellent for checking alignment and inspection of various angles of welds. High quality stainless steel (SUS 304) blades to resist rust and for longer life. Blades are deburred for fine and smooth edges. All sizes and numerals are laser etched into the surface for clarity and easier reading. Comes in a handy vinyl pocket case with snap lock.

MG-8 Cam Type Gauge

Depth of undercut, excess weld metal (capping size), fillet leg length, fillet weld throat size, angle of preparation (0° to 60°, missalignment high-low).

Saffire Regulators

With twin bulk head gauges clearly displaying cylinder pressure and flow rate. Comply with EN ISO 2503.
0-4 bar Oxygen (Blue) type is suitable for medium cutting and welding applications.
0-10 bar Oxygen (Blue) type is suitable for most applications including heavy cutting and heating.
A-1.5 Acetylene (Red) type is suitable for all cutting, heating and welding applications.
ArC-35L Argon type is suitable for inert gases eg for use with Mig or Tig welders.

Series 1 Single Stage

Saffire XL5 Flashback Arrestors

Give a high flow rate and are equipped with a large cylindrical flame arresting element, an automotive reset non-return valve and a heat sensitive automatic cut-off. Should be used in conjunction with hose check valves.

Saffire NM250 Cutting Blowpipe

For general workshop cutting up to 250mm (10?). For use with ANM/PNM nozzles below. Nozzle mixing and backfire resistant, 90 head with improved control knobs for positive flame setting.

Cutting Blowpipes

Nozzle mixing and backfire resistant nozzles. For general workshop cutting up to 250mm (10"). Use ANM/PNM nozzles below. 18" (450mm) version has 90° head, 36" (900mm) version has 75° head.

ANM Cutting Nozzles

Acetylene nozzle mix can be used with the majority of popular cutting torches. Plate thickness refers to mild steel.

Oxygen/Acetylene Welding Hose Sets

Oxy Acetylene Oxygen (blue) and acetylene (red). Kink/ crush resistant. 6 and 8mm (general use). 10mm (heavy duty/flame cutting). Supplied fully fitted complete with hose check
valves.

Standard sized curtains provided with 50mm welded seam all around and with snap-fasteners on both sides for joining to obtain total desired width. Supplied with reinforced holes in the upper edge and steel suspension rings. All standard curtains are made of pliable self-extinguishing PVC material with flash point
320 - 390C. Total width of curtains are 10% longer than total required screening length to compensate for folding. Available in dark green, red/orange and bronze transparent colours. Complying with EN1598 for welding (fulfilling requirements on transmittance, reflectance, UV-stability and resistance to ignition).
