Welders' Helmets

All models have UK size lens aperture (4 1/4" x 3 1/4"). Lenses supplied separately. SF11 Fibre Glass - Traditional short shell type. SF16 Fibre Glass - Long shell type for extra neck and chest protection, suitable for overhead welding. SF8 Thermo-Plastic - Lightweight. General purpose brazing or bronze welding with extended full flux coating. For brazing copper and steel. Melts at 875C.

Oxy/Fuel Gas Economiser

Allows the gas torch to be held on the hooked arm when not in use which shuts off gas supply to the torch. When unhooked, the torch can be immediately re-ignited from the pilot light without having to re-adjust the valves. Can save up to 50% gas wastage. 3/8” BSP fittings.

Canvas Welders' Curtains

Suitable for shielding workplaces from their surroundings where arc welding processes are used. They are designed to protect people from hazardous radiant emissions from welding arcs and spatter. Welding curtains are not intended to replace welding filters.
Frames supplied separately.

Basic coated, all positional rods.
Applications: for steel plate structural steels, pipe work and forgings. Ideal for repairs of casting and machinery, compensate for dilution effect of poor steels. Often used where rutile deposits may be at risk from cracking.
N.B. Suitable for AC (70V minimum open circuit) and DC. Optimum rooting operability is obtained using DC-.

Aluminium Tig/Gas Welding Rods
