Ideal for all types of driving chains, bearings, conveyor systems and fast moving load-bearing parts. Can also be used as a heavy-duty lubricant or slideway lubricant.

Silicone Release Spray

Silicone dry lubricant. Non-staining. Ideal for use as a mould release or dry lubricant on any steel, plastic, glass, rubber, or wooden surfaces. Equivalent to Rocol SL spray and Ambersil silicone.

SP-90

Anti-Galling/Anti-Seizing Lubricant

An extreme pressure rated lubricant. Formulated to prevent galling/cold welding of stainless steel/titanium/aluminium fasteners. Particularly effective when used with powered nut runners. The product is reinforced with PTFE DuPont food grade. This meets the requirements of 21 CFR-177-1500 F.D.A.

Ambersil Formula 12 Semi-Permanent Non-Silicone Release Agent

Formulated to release a wide variety of synthetic rubbers and many thermoplastics, such as polypropylene and polyethylene. Forms a thin, inert and thermally stable coating, from which multiple releases can be expected. Fast cure time. Moulding can commence 5–10mins after application. Performance can be enhanced by re-coating once a few releases have been made. Very low mould build up. No film transfer to moulded parts. Operational to 250°C.

Minimal Transfer Non-Silicone Release Agent
Formula 11

A minimal transfer, dry film, non-silicone release agent. Provides an ultra thin, dry film, especially effective on 'electronic' grade polymers such as Polycarbonate and ABS, particularly suitable for the release of HIPS (High Impact Styrene). Will not interfere with post-moulding operations, such as painting, printing or gluing. Multiple release per application can be achieved giving improved economy in use. Operational to 120OC continuous, and intermittent to 210OC. (although multiple release properties are reduced).
