Grade description for Dijet JC215V: (ISO P10-P40 K25-K40).
On the weather-resistance and tougher base material, multi-thicker coating are adopted. This grade shows twice better tool life as conventional grade. Medium to high speed cutting for steels and medium speed cutting for cast iron. UT - With a low feed rate and small depth of cut, excellent metal removal can be obtained. Reduces the cutting force and prevents the excessive built-up edge in cutting mild steels, low carbon steels and alloy steels.

Walton Replacement Fingers for 4 Flute Extractors

Thoroughly remove all chips of the broken tap. insert the extractor fingers into the flutes of the broken tap, pushing them gently but firmly into position. Push the holder down until it touches the broken tap. slide the sleeve down until it touches the work. Apply a tap wrench to the square end of the holder. Twist forward and backward a few times to loosen, then back out the broken tap.

TAG Insert Features

IC808 Grade Description:
(P15-P30/M20-M30/K20-K40/ S15-S25/N15-N25/H20-H30) SUMO TEC TiAlN PVD coated. A tough submicron substrate. For machining heat resistant alloys, austenitic stainless steel, hard alloys and carbon steel at medium to high cutting speeds. Excellent notch wear and built-up edge resistance.

Kennedy Holesaw Variable Pitch Bi-Metal HSS

Kennedy variable pitch bi-metal high speed holesaws feature a very aggressive cutting action, which gives a very smooth finish and substantial reductions in noise levels. Noise reduction is achieved by disrupting the harmonics produced when sawing certain materials and structures such as tubing and angle. An improvement in swarf clearance is also achieved.

Cutting depth: 28.5mm (1.1/8'').
