Murex Masterpak cutting and welding kits - one for oxy-propane cutting, one for oxy-acetylene cutting and one combined oxy-acetylene welding/cutting pack. The kits are ideal for construction workers and civil engineers looking for a complete outfit for all maintenance, repair and demolition work. For complete oxy-acetylene welding and cutting capability. If welding capability is not required, users may specify either the oxy-propane cutting kit or the oxy-acetylene version. Again, both these Masterpaks include the renowned Saffire NM 250 Cutter, regulators and flashback arrestors with their inherent levels of safety and performance.

Welders Anti-Spatter Fluid CO2 Prop

Solvent based coating that is applied to metal before welding. During welding small blobs of molten metal fall either side of the weld. These blobs are called spatter, this coating is applied before welding and prevents the spatter from sticking to the metal any spatter can be scraped from the surface. CO2 gas propelled aerosol. Totally non-flammable. Silicone-free and easily removed with solvents prior to galvanising or painting.

Cutting Nozzles

75mm long acetylene nozzle mix can be used with the majority of popular cutting torches including Saffire 5, 4 & 3, NM250, 400 & 500. Plate thickness refers to mild steel. ASNM: For cutting sheet metal.

Oxy/Fuel Gas Economiser

Allows the gas torch to be held on the hooked arm when not in use which shuts off gas supply to the torch. When unhooked, the torch can be immediately re-ignited from the pilot light without having to re-adjust the valves. Can save up to 50% gas wastage. 3/8” BSP fittings.

Canvas Welders' Curtains

Suitable for shielding workplaces from their surroundings where arc welding processes are used. They are designed to protect people from hazardous radiant emissions from welding arcs and spatter. Welding curtains are not intended to replace welding filters.
