A range of economically priced, rugged workwear manufactured from high quality selected chrome leather. Spatter resistant and tear resistant. The full range offers head to toe protection against weld spatter and grinding sparks. Suitable for use in workshops, foundries and on-site.

Gaiters

For wearing over workshoes to protect against weld spatter and grinding sparks. With velcro fastening on back of calf and buckle adjustment around shoe. Double stitched and riveted seams for extra heavy duty use.
Meets all the requirements of BS EN ISO 11611:2007.

Kennedy Mild Steel Electrodes

Kennedy AWS 6013 mild steel electrodes rutile heavy coated arc welding electrodes, suitable for producing quality welds on mild steel tube, pipes, plate and strip fabrications and sheet metal work.

AWS 6013 Mild Steel Electrodes

Kennedy AWS 6013 mild steel electrodes are:
Medium rutile coated, all positional rods.
Applications: for steel plate and strip including structural steels and pipe work, especially under site conditions.
Superb finish with self-releasing slag.
N.B. Suitable for AC (50V minimum open circuit) and DC plus/minus.

Front Cover Lens
The Aristo® Tech front cover lens offers the ultimate in protection.
This lens has been coated for increased scratch- and heat-resistance. Using a specialised injection moulding process, the lens is
pre-moulded into a convex curve with an optical class 1. This means that the threat of duplicate ghost arcs visible through the cartridge is eliminated.

Jackets

Stud fastening jacket for full neck to waist protection against weld spatter and grinding sparks. With external side pocket, neck is lined with soft split leather for extra comfort. All seams have heavy duty stitching for durability and extended wear. Meets all the requirements of BS EN ISO 11611:2007.

Autotorch System

Automatic push-button, piezo-electric ignition plus nine easy to change burners. Gone are the days of looking for matches; or the irritation of trying to light in windy conditions. To BS EN 731.

Burners

No 2101\t- Very fine needle flame burner for precision work. No 2102 - Fine flame burner for localised heating. No 2103 - Small flame burner for soldering small assemblies. No 2104 - Medium flame burner for heating, plumbing and engineering where a compact well defined flame is required. No 2105\t- General purpose heating and soldering burner with a large well defined flame. No 2106 - More powerful flame for general use. No 2110 - Autotorch fishtail burner. A superb tailor made burner to give quick and efficient paint stripping; also for plastic tile laying, heat shrinking of plastics. No 2120 - Autotorch hot air burner. Gives a very short flame which barely emerges from the end of the burner. This draws in a large amount of air which is heated by the flame. Ideal for paint stripping, and heat shrinking of plastics. No 2121 - Autotorch soft flame burner. Well spread flame for heat shrinking of plastics for cable jointing and other industrial plastics.
