Ajax hydraulic power hacksaw machines are manufactured from a solid cast iron construction and a practical design. The machine vice swivels to allow angular cutting, the bow has infinitely variable cutting feed with automatic cut off at end of cut with rapid bow return.

The machine is complete with blade, length setting gauge, re-circulating coolant system, swarf collection tray, bar end support, bundle cutting and roller stand, fully CE marked.

Push button control of forward/reverse spindle direction, emergency switch, interlocked drill guard, table rise and fall by rack and pinion movement, ease of speed change.

The machines have in-built low voltage lighting and are fully CE marked. 2 year warranty.

All machines from the AJ32 upwards are complete with automatic spindle feed which can be preset to a desired depth, coolant pump and piping.
