Front Cover Lens
The Aristo® Tech front cover lens offers the ultimate in protection.
This lens has been coated for increased scratch- and heat-resistance. Using a specialised injection moulding process, the lens is
pre-moulded into a convex curve with an optical class 1. This means that the threat of duplicate ghost arcs visible through the cartridge is eliminated.
Head Gear
Robust head gear. Possibility to move the helmet closer or further away from the face. Comfortable and replaceable sweat band.
Angled front head band.

Low carbon austenitic filler rod for welding steels of similar composition (19% Cr, 12% Ni, 3% Mo). Use with argon shielding gas or argon/5% hydrogen.

Murex LW1 MIG Wire Reels

Precision layer wound for snag free production. Gas shielded, deposits C - 1.3% Mn weld metal for mild and medium tensile steels. Copper coated, double deoxidised with manganese and silicon with good mechanical properties. For use with CO2 and AR-CO2. For welding mild steel and C-Mn steels. Available in 0.8mm (15kg drum), 1.0mm and 1.2mm (18kg drums). Made to BS 2901/1 : 1983 A18 & BS EN 440 G3 Si1.

Nicrex E312 Stainless Steel Electrodes

Nicrex E312 electrodes from Murex are highly alloyed stainless steel electrodes of unusual versatility. It deposits a ferritic/austenitic duplex weld metal with about 40% ferrite content.
Applications: the welding of dissimilar steel combinations such as mild or low alloy steel to stainless steel, and the welding of spring steels, nickel steels and other hardenable steels.

Aluminium Tig/Gas Welding Rods

Saffire aluminium 5% silicon & magnesium. BS 2901:Part 4 : 1990 4043A (Tig Rods). BS 1453:1972(1987) 4043A (Gas Rods) AWS A/SFA 5-10-88:ER 4043.



Suitable for welding a wide range of cast and wrought aluminium alloys containing up to 5% magnesium. Particularly suited to Tig welding (with argon shielding gas). Use with aluminium flux for oxy-acetylene welding.
