Nicrex E312 Stainless Steel Electrodes

Nicrex E312 electrodes from Murex are highly alloyed stainless steel electrodes of unusual versatility. It deposits a ferritic/austenitic duplex weld metal with about 40% ferrite content.
Applications: the welding of dissimilar steel combinations such as mild or low alloy steel to stainless steel, and the welding of spring steels, nickel steels and other hardenable steels.

Saffire Regulators

With twin bulk head gauges clearly displaying cylinder pressure and flow rate. Comply with EN ISO 2503.
0-4 bar Oxygen (Blue) type is suitable for medium cutting and welding applications.
0-10 bar Oxygen (Blue) type is suitable for most applications including heavy cutting and heating.
A-1.5 Acetylene (Red) type is suitable for all cutting, heating and welding applications.

Series 2 Multi-Stage Regulators

Twin-chambered to deliver constant pressure - even when cylinder is near empty. Citogas Regulators
0-4 bar Oxygen (Blue) type is suitable for medium cutting and welding applications.
0-10 bar Oxygen (Blue) type is suitable for most applications including heavy cutting and heating.
A-1.5 Acetylene (Red) type is suitable for all cutting, heating and welding applications.

A choice of 2 A-FN cutting nozzles, for use with DH lightweight cutting attachments.

144735 Nozzle diameter 1/32". Plate thickness (mild steel) 3-6mm.
144736 Nozzle diameter 3/64". Plate thickness (mild steel) 6-20mm.

Murex Process/Heating Nozzles and Adaptors

Fully compatible with most heavy duty welding shanks and blowpipes. For use with blowpipes* 1143, 1144; Saffire NM250; Citogas NMC200. Up to 766,000 Btu/h can be achieved from 5H when used on blowpipe with adaptor. *Use adaptor 120458.
