Kennedy® Bench Stones

Kennedy® bench stones are manufactured from the man-made abrasive Aluminium Oxide which is extremely tough to enable high speed penetration of high tensile materials without causing excessive fracturing.

This resistance to fracturing makes it a versatile material suitable for sharpening chisels, general sharpening and honing applications.

Kennedy® Sharpening Stones

Silicon Carbide man-made abrasive with very hard, sharp particles. This makes it ideal for non-ferrous metals, hard surfaces, alloys and cemented carbides. Also used on stone, marble, glass and plastics. A superior abrasive that is able to penetrate and cut quickly with only light pressure being applied.

3 Square Silicon Carbide

A range of tough general-purpose sharpening stones able to give keen, even cutting edges on all straight edge cutting tools. Consistent and uniform cutting edges ensure fast cutting and longer tool life.

Kennedy® M2 Multi-Tooth Milling Cutters

Proven value and success based upon the low energy required to cut more holes accurately with extended tool life. The cutter is designed to enable a faster feed rate with lower cutting resistance, resulting in consistency of finish and tolerance.

Suitable for portable die and straight hand grinders. All points are aluminium oxide with "rubenite" as standard for all general purpose grinding and deburring on steels and most metals. Silicon carbide grade (suitable for stone/non-ferrous grinding) available on request. Shank diameters are metric as listed below with inch sizes available on request. Maximum speeds are quoted assuming that collet to back of point does not exceed 12.7mm (1/2") and are for guidance only.

Kennedy® Depressed Centre and Flat Reinforced Grinding Discs

All Kennedy Depressed Centre and Flat Reinforced Cutting wheels now carry the "oSa" (The Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives) mark of approval. "oSa" is an association of the world's leading abrasives manufacturers. In France, it is mandatory to use only oSa-certified rough grinding wheels and cutting wheels. Similarly in Germany and Italy, it is strongly recommended that abrasive products conform to the relevant EN standards. "oSa" marked products are guaranteed to meet or exceed the highest worldwide safety standards, including those of the Comite Europeen de Normalisation (CEN), the European standards body that issues EN standards, and of ANSI in the USA.

Type 27 Depressed Centre Grinding

For use with all portable angle grinders. Not to be used for wet grinding. Optimum angle for use 25° to 35°. Grade A30/AS30 - for general purpose use on metals. INOX - for use on Stainless steel (iron, chlorine and sulphur free).
