Kennedy® Sharpening Stones

Aluminium Oxide man-made abrasive which is extremely tough enabling high speed penetration of high tensile materials without causing excessive fracturing. This resistance to fracturing makes it a versatile material suitable for general sharpening and honing applications.

Square Aluminium Oxide

A range of tough general-purpose sharpening stones able to give keen, even cutting edges on all straight edge cutting tools. Consistent and uniform cutting edges ensure fast cutting and longer tool life.

Kennedy® Aluminium Oxide Cloth

Superflex Aluminium Oxide is resin bonded over resin on a very flexible J-weight blue twill cloth. Moisture resistant and electrostatically coated for polishing flat and contoured surfaces of most materials.

Kennedy® Mounted Points and Wheels

Suitable for portable die and straight hand grinders. All points are aluminium oxide with "rubenite" as standard for all general purpose grinding and deburring on steels and most metals. Silicon carbide grade (suitable for stone/non-ferrous grinding) available on request. Shank diameters are metric as listed below with inch sizes available on request. Maximum speeds are quoted assuming that collet to back of point does not exceed 12.7mm (1/2") and are for guidance only.

Kennedy® Depressed Centre and Flat Reinforced Grinding Discs

All Kennedy Depressed Centre and Flat Reinforced Cutting wheels now carry the "oSa" (The Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives) mark of approval. "oSa" is an association of the world's leading abrasives manufacturers. In France, it is mandatory to use only oSa-certified rough grinding wheels and cutting wheels. Similarly in Germany and Italy, it is strongly recommended that abrasive products conform to the relevant EN standards. Type 27 Depressed Centre Grinding

For use with all portable angle grinders. Not to be used for wet grinding. Optimum angle for use 25° to 35°. Grade A30/AS30 - for general purpose use on metals. INOX - for use on Stainless steel (iron, chlorine and sulphur free).

Kennedy® M2 Multi-Tooth Milling Cutters
