These general-purpose polishing mops are superb, for use with steel, brassware, nickel silver, copper, aluminium, chrome and plastics. Made in 13mm (1/2") sections, they will splay out when under pressure, ideal for work on uneven surfaces. Best used with medium pressure and our general purpose polishing bar, fast cutting finishing bar and mirror finish polishing bar.

York? Clean ?n Strip Unitised Discs

Produced by adhesively bonding and compressing web together to form a slab from which wheels are then cut from. High stock removal producing a very good finish. As there is no metal components used in the manufacture of these high strength cool cutting wheels, accidental damage to the work piece is eliminated. Suitable for grinding right into corners, across contours and in hard to reach areas. Ideally suitable for prepartion and cleaning of welds, rust removal and removal of discolouration.

York? High Performance Flap Discs

High performance alternative to sanding discs. Have the advantage over depressed centre grinding discs on light gauge sheet metal where surface finish is important. Overlapped abrasive strips slowly wear away revealing fresh abrasive, ensuring the disc always cuts effectively, reducing clogging, provides constant finish throughout disc life, generates less noise and heat - less blueing. No backing pads needed - fits directly onto machine. Safe to use at 80m/s on any grinder. Tested at 150m/s and approved by the German Grinding Wheel Authority (DSA).

Used for a wide range of applications such as removal of rust, cleaning up welds and sanding wood prior to painting. Boxed in 10s except for 60 x 50 and 80 x 50 which are packed in 6s.
