Leaves a burr-free surface ready for painting or coating. Can also be used for the removal of light rust, oxides and coatings. Compatible with 3M ROLOC? system.

Multi-purpose kit containing: one of each surface preparation disc fine, medium and coarse. Two of each abrasive disc grades P36, P60, P80 and P120. One 6mm diameter shank to fit the backing pad.

High performance alternative to sanding discs. Have the advantage over depressed centre grinding discs on light gauge sheet metal where surface finish is important. Overlapped abrasive strips slowly wear away revealing fresh abrasive, ensuring the disc always cuts effectively, reducing clogging, provides constant finish throughout disc life, generates less noise and heat - less blueing. No backing pads needed - fits directly onto machine. Safe to use at 80m/s on any grinder. Tested at 150m/s and approved by the German Grinding Wheel Authority (DSA).
