Diamond Coated Burr Set (30 Pieces)

Precision manufactured diamond coated burr set to exacting standards. They are ideally suitable for use in high speed grinders to engrave glass and endless other applications where hard materials need to be deburred, reshaped or removed.

Contents: Assorted sizes of ball shape, cylindrical, ball nose cylindrical, tree shape and conical. Up to 4.5mm diameter. Overall length 45mm. 3mm shank.

Aluminium Oxide general-purpose grade resin fibre backed, sanding discs are designed for a wide range of industrial applications. High speed penetration of tough and high tensile materials combined with long disc life and optimum flexibility ensure York sanding discs give first class performance every time. Recommended for use with all portable grinders and sanders. Available in a choice of grades and in diameters of 100mm, 115mm, 127mm or 178mm.

The Zirconia grain is supported by grinding additives which lubricate and cool the area being ground and help prevent clogging, prolonging the effective life of the disc. Suitable for use on all types of stainless steels, weld seams castings and other sophisticated metals for extended periods, removing large amounts of metal without excess heat build up. Available in a choice of grades and in diameters of 115mm or 178mm.

York? Quick Change Screw Fitting Discs

For general use including blending welds and removing machining marks. Also suitable for use on mild contours as well as flat surfaces. Quick change screw fitting ensures that the disc is always perfectly centred without adhesive, moving parts or centre screw damage to the workpiece. Higher speeds can be attained resulting in faster stock removal reduced man-hours and increased productivity. Available in 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm diameters for the abrasive discs. Also available in a surface preparation material that is designed for smoothing surfaces prior to painting, removing rust, oxides, imperfections and blending out grit disc marks to produce fine finishes on metal. All discs are compatible with 3M ROLOC? system holders.
